摘要: Provided are an organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: preparing a thin film transistor layer on a glass substrate; preparing an organic light emitting diode element layer on the thin film transistor layer, and preparing a barrier layer and a buffer layer on the glass substrate, wherein the barrier layer covers the OLED element layer; preparing the plurality of grooves in the barrier layer, and preparing a water absorbing material layer in the plurality of grooves. The permeability of water and oxygen is reduced for lowering the risk of breakage of the barrier layer and the buffer layer, and improving the service life of the OLED display device.

摘要: A method for encapsulating an OLED device includes providing a substrate on which a barrier layer is formed; forming a surface active layer that includes multiple strips on the barrier layer; forming buffer strips on the surface active layer to correspond, in a one-to-one manner, to the strips of the surface active layer; and allowing the buffer strips to spread over the substrate and cover the barrier layer to form a buffer layer. The surface active layer that is sandwiched between and in direct contact with the barrier layer and the buffer layer includes a material that creates a hydrogen bond with a material of the buffer layer to enhance bonding therebetween.

Surfaces of the hole transport layer and the electron transport layer that face each other are provided with free H+ ions that exchange with H atoms contained in a material of the light emitting layer to connect the light emitting layer to the surfaces of he hole transport layer and the electron transport layer.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a package structure of an organic light emitting component and a method for manufacturing the same. The package structure includes: a substrate, provided with light emitting pixels; a first barrier layer, arranged on the substrate; a nanoparticle layer, arranged on a portion of the first barrier layer corresponding to a location of the light emitting pixels, wherein the nanoparticle layer is configured to extract light from the light emitting pixels; a buffer layer, arranged on another portion of the first barrier layer where the nanoparticle layer is not set; a second barrier layer, arranged on the nanoparticle layer and the buffer layer. The implementation of the present disclosure allows the light extraction to be applied only on the light emitting pixels. Therefore, it can avoid the waste of material and reduce production cost.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel, including: a substrate, an OLED array layer configured on the substrate, a thin film packaging layer configured on the substrate and the OLED array layer, and a light extraction layer configured within the thin film packaging layer. The OLED array layer includes a plurality of OLED components arranged in matrix. The thin film packaging layer includes at least two inorganic barrier layers and at least one organic buffer layer. One side of the inorganic barrier layer facing away the substrate includes a plurality of pixel grooves corresponding to tops of each of the OLED components. The light extraction layer is configured within the pixel grooves, and the light extraction layer is covered by a flattening film configured to seal the light extraction layer within the pixel grooves, so as to flatten a surface of the inorganic barrier layer.
