    摘要: To solve problems such as tearing in using or manufacturing sanitary thin paper for household use that is embossed and applied with aqueous chemicals. The problem is solved by a method for manufacturing toilet paper, comprising: a chemicals applying step of printing and applying aqueous lotion chemicals onto band-like continuous crepe paper by a printer, while a pattern with a non-chemicals-application portions and chemicals-application portions is formed; and an embossing step where the embossing convex portions are brought into press-contact only to the non-chemicals-application portions of the continuous crepe paper so that the continuous crepe paper is embossed.

    摘要: A structural analysis apparatus automatically sets a boundary between an entire model and a detailed model to thereby obtain a highly accurate solution without intervention by an operator and with fewer man-hours and shorter calculation time. An iso-surface creation step creates a field iso-surface from an analysis result of a mesh model. A detailed mesh model creation step uses the field iso-surface created by the iso-surface creation step to create a detailed mesh model of a part of the mesh model. An analysis step uses the analysis result of the mesh model to perform analysis of the detailed mesh model created by the detailed mesh model creation step. An analysis evaluation step evaluates the analysis result of the detailed mesh model based on the analysis result obtained by the analysis step and analysis result of the mesh model.

    摘要: An analysis model control unit disposes at least two component models, which are to be used in assembly of a product to be evaluated, in virtual space displayed in a screen. A virtual glove controller which functions as a virtual operation control unit moves and operates component models, which are disposed in virtual space, in accordance with an input operation signal of a user by a virtual glove. When the two component models are brought into contact with each other, a model conversion unit converts them into component analysis models. A deformed structure analysis unit executes structure analysis calculations with respect to the relative movement caused along with assembly of the two component analysis models after contact so as to calculate deformation and deformation stresses. An evaluation processing unit compares the deformation stress obtained as a result of the structure analysis calculations of the component analysis models with a threshold stress of the material so as to evaluate whether assembly can be performed without breaking the components.

    摘要: An analyzing model creating apparatus includes an interval acquiring part to acquire intervals of a plurality of parts that are mounted on a PCB for an electronic equipment, from design data of the PCB, a comparing part to compare a minimum part interval between the parts and a first mesh size which is preset, and a computing part to compute a value which is ½ the minimum part interval between the parts as a second mesh size if the minimum part interval between the parts is less than 2 times the first mesh size. A generating part is provided to generate an analyzing model of the printed circuit board based on the second mesh size.

    摘要: The carriage mounting the print head, for a printer, is supported at an upper guide bar with an upper bearing and at a lower guide bar with a lower-right bearing and a lower-left bearing. The printing device prints characters while driving the print head in reciprocal movement along the guide bars. The lower-left bearing has an eccentric center relative to the axis of the lower-guide bar. A lever fitted on the lower-left bearing allows the operator to rotate the lower-left bearing relative to the axis of the lower guide bar to adjust the height of print.
