Abstract: A control device is provided for controlling a transmission device of a human-powered vehicle. The control device includes an electronic controller configured to control the transmission device. The electronic controller is configured to restrict actuation of the transmission device for a predetermined period from a first time after an action of the transmission device is completed. The electronic controller is configured to change the predetermined period in accordance with a traveling state of the human-powered vehicle.
