摘要： A vehicle fuel tank assembly is provided with a fuel tank and a fuel pump unit. The fuel tank is mounted on a saddle-riding type vehicle. The fuel tank has a flat shape elongated in the front-to-rear direction. The fuel pump unit includes a main body, a support body extending from the upper part of the main body in the longitudinal direction of the fuel tank, and a fuel level gauge supported and extending on the support body. The fuel level gauge includes a fuel level gauge body, a float arm pivotally supported by the gauge body, and a float on the free end of the float arm. The float arm extends in the longitudinal direction of the fuel tank and takes a highest swing position in an intermediate level of the height of the fuel tank. The fuel tank assembly enables fuel level detection in a wide range.

摘要： A fuel tank assembly includes a fuel tank disposed substantially along a seat rail in a space surrounded by a lower portion of a seat and the seat rail of a motorcycle, and a fuel pump unit disposed in a lower portion of the fuel tank. A mounting flange for mounting the fuel pump unit to the fuel tank is arranged below the seat rail and forward of a front end of a rear wheel of the motorcycle as viewed in a side view of the motorcycle. The mounting flange of the fuel pump unit is disposed above a side frame of a body frame of the motorcycle. Such fuel tank assembly provides the degree of freedom of seat layout, and does not interfere with a rear wheel of motorcycle, or gravel or the like thrown up by the rear wheel, during operation the motorcycle.

摘要： A fuel filter device is provided in which a filter assembly having filter layers of first multiple layers is provided in a fuel flow path extending from the interior of a fuel tank to fuel consumption means via a fuel pump, and the finest filter layer is disposed downstream-most in filter layers of second multiple layers forming at least part of the first multiple layers, wherein an aggregation-promoting part (24A) that promotes aggregation of dust in fuel by changing the flow direction or flow velocity of fuel is provided in the filter assembly (20A) so that aggregation of dust in fuel is promoted before the upstream side of at least the second finest filter layer (22A) of the filter layers (21A, 22A, 23A) among the second multiple layers. This enables the durability of the fuel filter device to be improved.
