摘要： On the transmission side, the RLC PDUs divided from the RLC SDU are transmitted after retransmission identification information is attached thereto. On the reception side, the retransmission identification information attached to each received RLC PDU is referred to, and only the RLC PDUs having an identical retransmission identification information to a set assumed value are stored in a buffer memory, and the RLC PDUs having the identical retransmission identification information are assembled into an RLC SDU.

摘要： A wireless communication apparatus that uses a communication protocol to transmit and receive data with a data check bit, including a received data determining section that performs a data check for received data by using the data check bit to determine whether the data is error; a received result transmitting section that, when determined to be error, discards the data and transmits a retransmission request to other wireless communication apparatus of the transmitting origin, whereas determined to be not error, transmits a message indicating that the data is normal to the other wireless communication apparatus of the transmitting origin; and a retransmission asking section that determines whether a format of the data is incorrect or normal, and when determined to be normal, passes the data to predetermined processing, whereas when determined to be incorrect, discards the data and asks the received result transmitting section to request retransmission of the data.

摘要： A communication system includes a first communication device that transmits transmission data containing user data and control data, and a second communication device that receives the transmission data from the first communication device. The second communication device includes a temporary storing unit that temporarily stores therein the received transmission data, and a space-insufficient-information transmitting unit that transmits, when an amount of the transmission data stored in the temporary storing unit exceeds a first threshold, space insufficient information indicating that available storage space of the temporary storing unit is insufficient to the first communication device. The first communication device includes a transmission control unit that transmits, when receiving the space insufficient information from the second communication device, transmission data excluding the user data from the transmission data to the second communication device, and that resumes, when receiving space-insufficient dissolution information from the second communication device, transmission of the user data.

摘要： A method for counting correctly substantial transmission times of a data unit such as an RLC-PDU even if the data unit is divided before being transmitted is provided. The method includes the steps of preparing a counter for the RLC-PDU (#503), making a storage portion store a pointer indicating a position of a division PDU of the RLC-PDU to be transmitted every time when the division PDU obtained by dividing the RLC-PDU is transmitted (#504), determining whether or not the transmission times should be counted along with a transmission of the division PDU to be transmitted based on the pointer of the division PDU to be transmitted and the pointer of a division PDU that was transmitted last time (#505, #506 and #507), and making the counter perform the count process when it is determined that the transmission times should be counted (#508).

摘要： MAC entity produces a single PDU in such a way that two or more SDU's, which are received from RLC entity via logical channels, are integrated, and header H and MAC control information CONT are added. Transmission order information (time stamp TS) is added to the PDU. The PDU including the transmission order information is transferred to a transport channel, and then transmitted on a radio basis to an apparatus of the other party.

摘要： A communication apparatus includes an acquisition unit that acquires a size of free space provided in each of a plurality of data transmission units of a first layer; and an allocation unit that allocates to each of a plurality of pieces of data of a second layer a contiguous sequence of free space from among the free space whose size is acquired by the acquisition unit, the contiguous sequence of free space being equal in size to each piece of data and provided in one of the data transmission units among the plurality of data transmission units. The apparatus also includes a multiplexing unit that multiplexes the plurality of pieces of data of the second layer into the plurality of data transmission units of the first layer according to the allocation of the free space by the allocation unit.
