Abstract: A method of validating an enterprise phone number service request is provided. The method includes generating, by an enterprise validator, an authentication code corresponding to a phone number and transmitting the authentication code to an enterprise. The method further includes transmitting, by an enterprise to a service provider, a service request that includes the authentication code and identifies a service corresponding to the phone number. The method further includes transmitting, by the service provider to the enterprise validator, a validation request that includes the authentication code and identifies the phone number. The method further includes validating, by the enterprise validator, that the authentication code in the validation request matches the authentication code generated by the enterprise validator; and, upon validation, providing, by the service provider to the enterprise, a service for the phone number.

Abstract: A method for generating a list of telecommunication identifiers is provided. The method includes interpreting, via at least one processor, telecommunications data including available telecommunication identifiers, assigned telecommunication identifiers, in-use telecommunication identifiers, and disconnected telecommunication identifiers. The method further includes generating the list based at least in part on the telecommunications data, wherein the list includes telecommunication identifiers that are a subset of the available telecommunication identifiers. Abstract: A system including a telecommunications identifier database and a controller. The telecommunications identifier database includes a plurality of records that each match a corresponding managing entity to a plurality of corresponding telecommunications identifiers registered to the corresponding managing entity. The controller communicates with the telecommunications identifier database and is operative to: receive an authentication code request corresponding to a managing entity and identifying a telecommunications identifier; validate, via querying the telecommunications identifier database, the telecommunications identifier identified in the authentication code request as being registered to the managing entity corresponding to the authentication code request; responsive to validating the telecommunications identifier identified in the authentication code request as being registered to the managing entity corresponding to the authentication code request, generate an authentication code; and transmit the authentication code.
