Abstract: In a store providing system, an action history recording device records the action history of a user. A product information acceptor accepts information to identify content to be sold in a store. Here, the product information acceptor accepts the information to identify content included in the action history of the user in the action history recording device. A content disposing section disposes accepted information relating to content in the store. A target sales holder holds a target number of sales of content and a content price holder holds the price of the content. A price decider increases the price of the content if the counted number of sales is equal to or larger than the target number of sales, and decreases the price of the content if the counted number of sales is smaller than the target number of sales.
