Abstract: To provide an information communication device including an antenna that can singly transmit and receive both of vertically polarized waves and horizontally polarized waves with a sufficient strength. The information communication device includes a casing and the antenna disposed within the casing. The antenna includes a plate-shaped planar portion having a feeding point. The planar portion includes a conductive portion extending in a direction of obliquely intersecting a bottom surface of the casing, and a ground portion connected to one end of the conductive portion.
