摘要： A pedicure spa may include a basin and a lift mechanism that vertically moves the basin between a raised position in a lowered position while maintaining the basin in a single orientation. The pedicure spa may additionally include a chair, wherein the lift mechanism vertically moves the basin and the chair while maintaining the basin and the chair in a single orientation. The pedicure spa may linearly translate the chair relative to the basin while the basin and the chair are in a raised position. The pedicure spa may sense an obstruction below the basin and automatically interrupt lowering of the basin.
