Abstract: A faucet includes a faucet body and a faucet spray head being movable from a retracted position adjacent the faucet body, and an extended position away from the faucet body. In the retracted position, the faucet spray head has at least one aligned position with the faucet body. The faucet includes an alignment coupling. The alignment coupling includes first and second alignment elements connected to the faucet body and the faucet spray head, respectively, to align the spray head with the faucet body. The faucet includes a retention coupling that is configured to retain the faucet body and the faucet spray head immediately adjacent one another. The retention coupling includes first and second retention elements connected to the faucet body and the faucet spray head, respectively. The retention coupling is separate from the alignment coupling, and at least one of the first or second retention elements is a magnet.

Abstract: An alignment coupling for a faucet includes a first alignment element positionable within a faucet body. The first alignment element has a first alignment feature. The first alignment feature includes one of a projection and a tapered groove. The alignment coupling includes a second alignment element that is movable with respect to the first alignment element. The second alignment element has a second alignment feature. The second alignment feature includes the other of the projection and tapered groove. The tapered groove includes walls that extend toward each other, and wherein the walls guide the projection to a narrowest portion of the tapered groove.

The accessory hub may be joined to the collet with a spring-loaded button extending from the collet that is inserted into a receiver in the accessory hub. A first cleat portion on the collet mates with a second cleat portion on the accessory hub further securing the accessory hub to the collet. The accessory may then be attached to the accessory hub. The accessory hub may be detached from the collet without damaging the wall by depressing the button into the collet and disengaging the first and second cleat portions.

Abstract: A first bracket is attached to a wall forming an anchoring point for an accessory hub. The accessory hub is attached to a second bracket that mates to the first bracket. Once properly mated together, the first bracket and second bracket may not be separated by a downward force. As a result, any accessory device attached to the accessory hub is properly secured to the wall. The accessory hub may also be attached to the first bracket and detached without the use of tools or intricate fasteners thereby facilitating simple removal at a later date.
