Abstract: An application requirement and a mobility is determined for each of a first plurality of wireless devices in communication with a first access node. Based on the respective application requirement and mobility, a priority of each of the first plurality of wireless devices. At least one wireless device comprising a priority meeting a priority criteria is selected from among the first plurality of wireless devices, and a transmission power of a signal between the first access node and the selected at least one wireless device is reduced.
