Abstract:
An insert for use with a dish washer provided with a rotary spray arm having a nozzle therein and with at least one rinsing basket. The insert is provided at least one receptacle for securely supporting a bottle with its opening in alignment with the rotary path of movement of the nozzle. Protrusions are provided in the receptacle for resiliently maintaining a bottle in its position.
Abstract:
A dishwasher apparatus includes a dish rack having a wire member, and a feed tube for a spray arm rotatably disposed beneath the dish rack. An intensive washing zone is provided in a region of the dish rack, the intensive washing zone including a rod-shaped pipe element attached to the wire member and having an outlet nozzle. A pipe branch for the intensive washing zone is provided, the pipe branch being disposed in a region of the feed tube and communicating with the pipe element via a T-piece. An actuator is provided that cooperates with the pipe element so as to enable the intensive washing zone to be activated and deactivated.
Abstract:
A method for operating a vacuum cleaner having a fan, an electronic control system for the fan and/or another load, and a dust chamber for receiving an air-permeable dust bag, includes providing the dust bag with an identifier, and providing the vacuum cleaner with an identifying device associated with the electronic control system and configured to identify the identifier. When the identifier fails to be identified, at least one of the fan and the other load is controlled using the electronic control system so as to reduce at least one parameter associated with an intake of dust into the dust bag.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a basket (1) for a dishwashing machine having various receptacles and/or holders for plates or cups whereby in particular a cup support (3) comprises a shelf pivotably mounted in the basket (1) and assuming a horizontal position to form a second supporting surface about hinge points hinge points (4, 5) provided on the basket. To increase the shelf layers of the cup support (3) the hinge points (4, 5) are mounted on the basket (1) in such a way that they are variable in height.

Abstract:
A dishwasher includes a washing tub, a height-adjustable upper rack, and a spray arm disposed on the upper rack. A stationary liquid conduit disposed in the washing tub supplies the spray arm with wash water, the liquid conduit having a portion extending from the sidewall. A feed tube member including a funnel opening is disposed on the upper rack and is connected to the spray arm. A coupling element engages the feed tube member via the funnel opening at a rear of the rack when the rack is inserted in the washing tub. The coupling element includes a pivoting tube having a first end operatively connected to the portion of the liquid conduit and a second end including a right-angled tube end portion extending toward the funnel opening.
Abstract:
A method for performing wash cycles in a dishwasher comprising factory includes presetting the dishwasher to an adapted wash cycle as a default cycle, the adopted wash cycle being adapted to a combination product including a detergent agent and at least one of a water-softening agent and a rinse agent. A wash cycle is selected using a control element. Using a cycle controller, the adapted wash cycle is performed until a filling of at least one reservoir with a rinse aid or a water softener salt. Using the cycle controller, a predetermined number of standard wash cycles are performed after the filling of the at least one reservoir.
