    摘要： A magnetic mounting assembly includes a plate carried within the housing. The plate has a central opening and multiple apertures offset from the central opening with a permanent magnet carried within each of the apertures. A cover is compression fit with the housing for securing each magnet between inside surfaces of the cover and the housing, and within the aperture. A central opening is formed with the housing, the cover, and the plate for receiving a fastener when fastening the assembly to an object.
