    摘要: A material handling bucket apparatus and method comprising a material handling bucket having a bucket front half to haul application material, a horizontally sliding mechanism allowing the bucket front half to slide horizontally, a pair of linkage systems secured to the bucket front half, a loader tractor, a boom, a hydraulic power unit, and a power source. The pair of linkage systems laterally move the bucket front half forward beyond and independent of the opposing bucket back half, parallel to the ground surface, leaving the opposing bucket back half tilted back to be loaded. The bucket front half slides forward; and pivots upward to open with respect to the opposing bucket back half and subsequently reversing or pivoting downward to close against the opposing bucket back half, allowing the material handling bucket to doze, having the bucket front half to slide forward to scoop more application material.

    摘要: The screed plate apparatus and method has a road paver/finisher, screed plate, and material matting apparatus having a power source and structural/conductor plate. Paving material is loaded into the material matting apparatus and applied homogeneously as a paving mat to a road surface in a road paver/finisher travel direction. The structural/conductor plate is attached to the road paver/finisher and to the screed plate to provide indirect heat to the screed plate. The screed plate bottom side has differing forms of textured surface impacting the paving material, by differing corrugations of differing patterns, into a more homogeneous consistency. The corrugated pattern may be oriented parallel or perpendicular to the paver travel direction, and/or progressively flattening or set in a crisscross rhombic pattern. A vibrating and oscillating mechanism operates horizontally and vertically upon the screed plate providing a homogeneously sorting on the paving material.

    摘要: A hand held screed raking device having a longitudinally extending screed head, arced dozer front face, screed back, and tubular rake handle or rake grip handle. An underside shoe secures against the longitudinally extending screed head, connecting to a longitudinal bottom trailing surface, having a smooth, or textured bottom surface with repetitive or variable form and different forms of textured bottom surfaces. The textured bottom surface may dampen in amplitude, and be oriented with respect to application material applying direction. The user dozes pushing or pulling the device over a surface, loading application material along the arced dozer front face applying it on the surface. The invention leaves a less segregated application material on the surface, by allowing it to be controlled by pitching the angle of the longitudinal bottom trailing surface, and making smooth grade adjustments. The invention uses different application materials in various industries.

    摘要: The modular screed plate assembly and method has a road paver/finisher, a structural/conductor plate and modular screed plates. The road paver/finisher has a paver under side, a power source and a heating element, for heating the modular screed plates. The modular screed plates have coupling elements, and retainer quick-connect/releases, and align as a modular screed plate array, providing a tensionally yielding gap allowing the modular screed plate array to absorb pressures from paving operations. The structural/conductor plate couples with the coupling elements and has screed plate retaining locks to securely receives the retainer quick-connect/releases, in order to secure itself to the modular screed plates. The structural/conductor plate receives heat directly from the heating element, and provides indirect heat to the modular screed plate array.
