    摘要: A method of a power increase/decrease request of a user equipment in a wireless communication system using a plurality of frequencies is disclosed. The method of operating of a user equipment comprises receiving grants for each of the plurality of uplink frequencies from a base station; dividing a maximum power of the user equipment for each of the plurality of uplink frequencies in accordance with the received grants, and selecting a corresponding transport block for each of the plurality of uplink frequencies by considering the received grants; and comparing a remaining power of the user equipment to a power obtained by subtracting a power required to transmit a first transport block selected for a first uplink frequency from a power required to transmit a minimum transport block, which transmits more data than those of the first transport block.

    摘要: A method and apparatus of generating a data block for a plurality of uplink frequencies is provided. The apparatus determines a size of a data field of the data block so that each data block matches a minimum of a first amount of data and second amount of data. The first amount of data is allowed to be transmitted by a first grant on a first uplink frequency and the second amount of data is allowed to be transmitted by a second grant on a second uplink frequency. The apparatus generates at least one data block so that the amount of data in the generated data blocks is less than multiple times the minimum of the first amount of data and the second amount of data.

    摘要: A signal transmission scheme for efficient management of a common E-DCH is provided. In the case of a common E-DCH that a UE in an idle mode or in a CELL_FACH status uses within a limited period of time, the UE may notify a Node B of release of radio resources of the common E-DCH using scheduling information including TEBS=0 within the period of time when the UE has completed data transmission. It is possible to prevent unnecessary waste of resources and unnecessary battery consumption of the UE by taking into consideration the above circumstances when triggering new scheduling information since HARQ transmission of the scheduling information has failed.
