In a method for performing a random access procedure by an idle-mode user equipment (UE) which desires to receive a specific broadcast/multicast service in a wireless communication system, the method includes, receiving a first message transmitted from a network, so as to count the number of UEs which desire to receive the broadcast/multicast service, transmitting a preamble for a random access to the network, receiving a second message including uplink (UL) radio resource allocation information from the network in response to the preamble, transmitting a third message selected according to a connection indication information contained in the first or second message to the network using the uplink (UL) radio resource allocation information, wherein the connection indication information indicates whether a connection to the network is required or not, and receiving a contention resolution message from the network.

    摘要: Disclosed are a fringe field switching liquid crystal display (FFS-LCD) and a method for manufacturing the same. The FFS-LCD comprises upper and lower substrates opposed to each other at a predetermined distance; a liquid crystal layer intervened between the upper and lower substrates and having a plurality of liquid crystal molecules; a gate bus line extending along a predetermined direction on an inner surface of the lower substrate; a data bus line disposed on the lower substrate in a manner such that the data bus line is crossed with the gate bus line, for defining an unit pixel; a gate insulating film intervened between the gate bus line and the data bus line; a thin film transistor located at a place where the gate bus line and the data bus line are crossed with each other; a counter electrode disposed in a space of the unit pixel of the lower substrate; a common signal line brought into contact with the counter electrode for applying a common signal to the counter electrode; a pixel electrode electrically connected with the thin film transistor and formed in a manner such that the pixel electrode is overlapped with the counter electrode, the pixel electrode cooperating with the counter electrode to form a fringe field; and a passivation film intervened between the counter electrode and the pixel electrode; wherein the common signal line being formed on the gate insulating film and made of the same material as the data bus line.

The FFS-LCD comprises: a lower substrate; a plurality of gate bus lines extending along a selected direction on the lower substrate; a plurality of data bus lines disposed on the lower substrate in a manner such that they are crossed with the plurality of gate bus lines, for defining a unit pixel; a gate insulating film for insulating the gate bus lines and the data bus lines from each other; a thin film transistor located at a place where the gate bus lines and the data bus lines are crossed with each other; a pixel electrode formed on the gate insulating film, brought into contact with the thin film transistor and disposed in a space of the unit pixel; a counter electrode overlapped on the pixel electrode, the counter electrode cooperating with the pixel electrode for forming a fringe field which actuates all liquid crystal molecules existing on the pixel electrode and the counter electrode; and a passivation layer intervened between the pixel electrode and the counter electrode, wherein the pixel electrode and the counter electrode are made from a transparent conductive material and the plurality of gate bus lines are made as a metal film including aluminum.
