    摘要: An inkjet print head including a substrate and a first film member stacked on the substrate to form an ink path, and a manufacturing method thereof. The first film member includes a path-defining layer made of a photosensitive material and formed with the ink path, and an adhesive layer made of a photosensitive material and used to stably bond the path-defining layer to the substrate. With this configuration, the path-defining layer and the adhesive layer can be simultaneously stacked on the substrate and also, can be patterned simultaneously.

    摘要: An inkjet print head including a substrate and a first film member stacked on the substrate to form an ink path, and a manufacturing method thereof. The first film member includes a path-defining layer made of a photosensitive material and formed with the ink path, and an adhesive layer made of a photosensitive material and used to stably bond the path-defining layer to the substrate.     摘要: The present invention provides a method making stratified paper by redistributing the pulp suspension inside the headbox nozzle using acoustic radiation waves. Acoustic radiation forces fractionate fibers based on fiber radius. The acoustic radiation waves separate the fibers by pushing the coarse and longer fibers to the inner area while fines and smaller fibers remain in the outer area. This has a similar effect of multi-layer stratification headbox, and provides paper with a smoother surface.

The inkjet image forming apparatus includes an array type print head including a nozzle part to discharge ink to a printing zone, a first rolling unit having a first nip portion to nip the printing medium, wherein the first nip portion is disposed before the printing zone to deliver the printing medium to the printing zone, and a second rolling unit having a second nip portion to nip the printing medium, wherein the second nip portion is disposed downstream of the first rolling unit in a delivery direction of the printing medium. A distance between the first nip portion and the second nip portion is less than or equal to 3 inches.

    摘要: A head chip for an inkjet image forming apparatus. The head chip can include a heater formed on a substrate to generate heat, a chamber layer formed on the heater and provided with an ink chamber that receives inks, a nozzle layer formed on the chamber layer and provided with a nozzle in correspondence with the ink chamber, and a heat transfer layer transferring a part of the heat from the heater to the nozzle. According to the head chip, the inks sprayed through the nozzle are heated by the heat transferred through the heat transfer layer. Thus, the viscosity of the inks is reduced, so that the inks can be easily cut into ink droplets having a substantially spherical shape.
