摘要： A backlight unit for a display device includes a light guide plate; a reflective sheet under the light guide plate; a lamp at least one side of the light guide plate and providing a light into the light guide plate; and an optical sheet disposed on the light guide plate and including a first lenticular sheet, the first lenticular sheet including a base film for diffusing the light through the light guide plate, a first lenticular lens disposed on a front surface of the base film and having a half-cylinder shape and a first printing pattern on at least one edge of a rear surface of the base film.

摘要： Disclosed is to decrease a fabrication cost and reduce a thickness of a liquid crystal display device by processing light transmitted through a liquid guide plate by virtue of a single optical sheet, the optical sheet including a base film, a plurality of prism patterns extending from one side to another side of the base film, and refraction layers between the prism patterns, thereby totally reflecting light incident from the light guide plate to be supplied to a liquid crystal display panel.

摘要： A prism sheet prevents the occurrence of a moiré pattern and a wet-out phenomenon by increasing irregularity of prisms formed thereon, by configuring the prisms adjacent to each other to have different heights, and by differently forming widths of triangular sectional surfaces of one prism according to positions. As the height difference of the prisms adjacent to each other is set as 1.2-1.5 μm, a pressure applied to the prism sheet is distributed to the prisms. This may prevent deformation of the prisms.
