Abstract: An LED bulb includes at least one LED disposed within a shell, which is connected to a base. A thermally conductive liquid is held within the shell. The LED is immersed in the thermally conductive liquid. A plurality of beads is immersed in the thermally conductive liquid. The beads are compressible, where the beads are compressed in response to expansion of the thermally conductive liquid.
