Abstract: The present application provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, and a sealant layer. The first substrate includes a first base, signal lines, and an insulating layer. The first substrate includes a first groove structure extending through the insulating layer in a thickness direction. One side of the sealant layer away from the second substrate extends into the first groove structure and is attached to the first base.
