Abstract: The disclosure provides a liquid crystal display (LCD) device and a manufacturing method thereof. A temperature sensing driver chip is disposed in the LCD device and can output a voltage signal to a control electrode according to changes in temperature. Therefore, an electric field is formed between the control electrode and a common electrode. Heights of a plurality of supporting posts can be changed by the electric field to control stretching and shrinking of the control electrode, thereby improving performance of the supporting posts. Thus, a plurality of organic material spheres disposed in the supporting posts can improve stress tolerance of the supporting posts, thereby further improving performance of the supporting posts.

Abstract: The present application provides a liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing thereof. The liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and support posts. Each of the support posts includes a support post body and an expandable auxiliary pad. In a first state, the auxiliary pad is in a non-expanded state, and in a second state, the auxiliary pad is in an expanded state. This compensates for a height difference caused by the support post body which cannot be restored after being compressed by an external force and relieves a problem of appearance of Mura in the liquid crystal display panel.

The color resist material is a trimer structure formed by polymerizing phthalocyanine dyes, wherein groups with double bonds are introduced on the phthalocyanine dyes to construct a three-molecule complex by a complexing agent, and the phthalocyanine dyes are connected by the double bonds to form a trimer structure. The color resist material with the trimer structure is stably stored in a photoresist liquid and has excellent solvent resistance, while maintains good solubility. Accordingly, a filter made of the color resist material has high transmittance and good optical performance.

Abstract: A pigment particle template and a method of fabricating the same, and a method of fabricating a pigment dispersion liquid are described. The method of fabricating the pigment particle template has steps of: providing a substrate; forming a covalent organic framework layer on the substrate, wherein the covalent organic framework layer has porous network structure; forming a first porous organic layer on the covalent organic framework layer; and replacing the substrate with a second porous organic layer. The present application is beneficial to production of nanoparticles with controllable particle size and uniform size by utilizing a controllable size of the covalent organic framework structure and a stability of a sandwich structure.
