Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module includes a substrate, mini LEDs, and at least one conductive reflective layer. The substrate includes a light-emitting area and a non-light-emitting area surrounding the light-emitting area. The mini LEDs are disposed in the light-emitting area of the substrate. The conductive reflective layer covers the whole non-light-emitting area, and the mini LEDs are electrically connected to one conductive reflective layer.
