Abstract: A coil device comprises a core and a coil including a folded metal plate member having a pair of main surfaces extending in a direction perpendicular to a bottom surface of the core. The coil includes a first conductor, a second conductor, and a third conductor. The first conductor includes a first main portion, which is disposed inside the core, and a first terminal portion, which is connected to the first main portion and partly protrudes below the bottom surface. The second conductor includes a second main portion, which is disposed inside the core and farther from the bottom surface than the first main portion, and a second terminal portion, which is connected to the second main portion and partly protrudes below the bottom surface. The third conductor includes a joint portion connecting the first conductor and the second conductor and a locating portion partly protruding below the bottom surface.
