Abstract: A method comprises determining, by a radio, whether a current preferred radio station currently tuned to by a radio is experiencing a faded signal. Based on determining that the current preferred radio station is experiencing a faded signal, the method further includes automatically selecting, by the radio, a replacement preferred radio station. A radio with such capabilities is also disclosed.
