    Abstract: To provide a decorative sheet including a transparent resin layer having excellent post-processing resistance and high transparency. A decorative sheet (1) according to one aspect of the present invention has a transparent resin layer (4) containing a crystalline polypropylene resin as the main component. A value of a peak intensity ratio x represented by the following expression (1) of the transparent resin layer (4) is x≤0.65. Herein, I997, I938, and I973 in the following expression (1) are peak intensity values calculated from the absorption spectrum obtained by Fourier infrared spectrometry of the transparent resin layer, and I997 is the peak intensity value at a wavenumber of 997 cm−1, I938 is the peak intensity value at a wavenumber of 938 cm−1, and I973 is the peak intensity value at a wavenumber of 973 cm−1.     Abstract: To provide a decorative sheet including a transparent resin layer having high transparency and excellent surface scratch resistance from the viewpoint of the design properties and a transparent resin sheet. A decorative sheet (1) according to one aspect of the present invention has a transparent resin layer (4) containing a crystalline polypropylene resin as the main component, in which a value of a peak area ratio x represented by the following expression (1) of the transparent resin layer (4) is x≥0.4. Herein, S040, S130, and Sam in the following expression (1) are peak areas determined from an X-ray diffraction spectrum obtained by measuring the transparent resin layer with an X-ray diffractometer, S040 is the peak area from the Miller index (040) of polypropylene α crystals, S130 is the peak area from the Miller index (130) of the polypropylene α crystals, and Sam is the peak area of an amorphous material.     Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet excellent in post-processability and usable for flame-retardant application. A decorative sheet (1) according to one aspect of the present invention includes a plurality of resin layers. At least one layer of the resin layers is formed of a uniaxially stretched resin sheet (3) or a biaxially stretched resin sheet (3) constituted of a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition is produced by adding an inorganic pigment vesicle to a polyolefin-based resin. The inorganic pigment vesicle is produced by including an inorganic pigment in a vesicle having a monolayer outer membrane. The uniaxially stretched resin sheet (3) and the biaxially stretched resin sheet (3) have a value of a dichroic ratio R of R≥0.3. The value is calculated from absorbance peak values at a wave number of 997(±5) cm−1 of an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction parallel to an extrusion direction during film manufacturing and an infrared absorption spectrum in a direction perpendicular to the extrusion direction during the film manufacturing obtained by a polarized Fourier type infrared spectroscopy measurement using the following Formula (1).
