Abstract: A container (1) including an opening part (2), a shoulder part (3), a barrel part (4), and a bottom part (5), wherein: the shoulder part (3) includes a hem part (30) in which the longitudinal section is curved in a convex arcuate shape toward the outside of the container and which is connected to the barrel part (4); and a plurality of groove parts (31) extending radially from the container-center side toward the outer-peripheral-edge side are formed in the shoulder part (3) so as to extend at least to a position that reaches an upper end edge (UE30) of the hem part (30).
