Abstract: The present disclosure is for calculating an appropriate insurance premium for a vehicle. An information processing apparatus of the present disclosure determines whether a sticker displaying that an upgrade is performed on an ability of a vehicle in an ex-post manner is attached to a first vehicle. The information processing apparatus identifies contents of the upgrade in a case where the sticker is attached to the first vehicle. The information processing apparatus calculates an insurance premium for the first vehicle by taking into account the contents of the upgrade, in a case where the ability that is upgraded is related to safety.
