    摘要: In an organic electro-luminescent display, a pixel circuit is disposed in a unit pixel region defined on a substrate. A passivation layer covers the entire unit pixel region including the pixel circuit. An organic light emitting diode (“OLED”) including a transparent lower electrode formed on a portion of the passivation layer which does not overlap the pixel circuit, an OLED layer, and an upper electrode are sequentially formed on the passivation layer. The transparent lower electrode is a transparent anode of the OLED. A protective layer is formed of the same material as the transparent lower electrode and disposed on a portion of the passivation layer corresponding to the pixel circuit to cover and protect the pixel circuit.

    摘要: A flat panel display device includes a display area in which a desired image is displayed, and a non-display area arranged outside the display area and bordering the display area, and further includes bank portions arranged in a pattern in the display area and partitioning a plurality of first openings, emission elements arranged at the first openings, dummy bank portions formed in the non-display area in substantially a same pattern as the bank portions and partitioning a plurality of second openings, an absorbing material layer for removing oxygen/moisture located at the second openings, and a sealing passivation layer isolating the emission elements from the outside air and including a structure having at least two layers comprising an organic film and an inorganic film deposited alternately. Thus, the emission elements are prevented from being oxidized or corroded by a harmful material, and in a manner that minimizes additional processes.

    摘要: A foldable multi-display apparatus forms a large screen by connecting housings supporting display panels in a folding manner. In the foldable multi-display apparatus, the display panels are located below a hinge axis when the display panels are unfolded. Therefore, the display panels do not contact each other during rotation of the housings with respect to the hinge axis. In this configuration, the scratching of the display panels during unfolding operations can be prevented, thereby providing the foldable multi-display apparatus with increased reliability and lifespan.

    摘要: In a multi-display device, first and second panels, each of which has a display device, are stuck fast to each other to embody a screen. The first panel has an interface surface formed of a hard material, and the second panel has an interface surface formed of a soft material. Thus, the soft material is elastically compressed and transformed by the hard material so that the two panels are closely in contact with each other, and formation of air gaps is prevented at the joint between the panels. As a result, image cutting in a screen due to a luminance difference can be minimized so that an image can be naturally connected between the two panels.
