摘要： A cooperative processing method includes: transmitting pathological inspection request information from an endoscopic sector to a pathological sector, the pathological inspection request information being created by use of an endoscopic inspection report and for requesting the pathological sector to perform pathological inspection; managing status information for the pathological inspection request received on the pathological sector side; issuing a request to change the transmitted pathological inspection request information corresponding to the report when there occurs a change in the report; acquiring the status information of the pathological inspection request information upon reception of the change request and determining whether the pathological inspection request information can be changed or not; and changing the pathological inspection request information when it is concluded that the pathological inspection request information can be changed, and transmitting a change rejection notification when it is concluded that the pathological inspection request information cannot be changed.

摘要： An inspection room decision support system for providing support in deciding one inspection room in which a requested endoscopic inspection will be conducted, plural inspection rooms, the system includes: an input unit that inputs information; a registration unit that registers at least information about each of the inspection rooms, information about a number of persons waiting for inspection in each of the inspection rooms and information about an endoscope used in each of the inspection rooms into a database in accordance with the information inputted by the input unit; and a control unit which reads at least the information about each of the inspection rooms, the information about the number of persons waiting for inspection in each of the inspection rooms and the information about the endoscope in each of the inspection rooms from the database, and makes a display device display these pieces of information associated with each other.

摘要： An inspection information administering system for recording and managing various kinds of information about an inspection, includes: a selection unit which selects a piece of information to be referred to or edited; and a display unit which displays a reference/edition screen corresponding to the piece of information selected by the selection unit. The selection unit can select a plurality of pieces of information. 摘要： An endoscopic inspection information administering system includes: an unlinking unit for canceling a link between a first piece of inspection request information selected from the inspection request information on a database and a first piece of inspection result information linked with the first piece of the inspection request information; a retrieval display unit for retrieving, from the database, second pieces of the inspection request information including the same patient ID as a patient ID included in the first piece of the inspection request information and displaying the retrieved second pieces of the inspection request information, and a recording control unit for recording, into the database, a piece of the inspection request information selected from the displayed second pieces of the inspection request information in link with the first piece of the inspection result information.
