Abstract: There is provided an imaging lens and an imaging device with a wide angle of view capable of forming an image of an object near an optical axis with a high resolution while having a small size as a whole. The imaging lens is an imaging lens including a first lens G1 having a convex surface on an object side and having a negative refractive power, a second lens G2 having a concave surface on an object side, a third lens G3, a fourth lens G4, a fifth lens G5, and a sixth lens G6, which are sequentially arranged from the object side, and satisfies a predetermined condition. Further, an imaging device according to the present invention includes the imaging lens.
