摘要: An automatic rotating turret device for work machinery is provided, in which a lift turret is not used. The turret device is provided with an axial-direction slide body, which is advanced or retracted in the direction of the axis of rotation of the turret by the drive device advancing or retracting the drive body in a direction orthogonal to the direction of rotation axis; and a clutch device that is engaged or disengaged by the axial-direction slide body being advanced or retracted, the turret being of a non-lift-type, and there being provided to the drive body a tapering action part for generating an expanding action caused by the movement of the drive body and pressingly sliding the axial-direction slide body against the turret stage.

摘要: To provide a tool mounting device for a turning center that allows a rotating tool to be clamped/fixed using a shared clamp mechanism (8), and a turning tool (1B) to be clamped/fixed in an engaged/locked state in a turning center. In the turning center configured with the shared clamp mechanism (8), a cylinder device (9) acting as a drawbar drive device (9) of the clamp mechanism (8) has a first clamp position (b) and second clamp position (c) in relation to a release position (a); a rotation allowance gap (14) is maintained between the stopper (12) and the support unit (13) in the first clamp position (b) to specifically clamp/fix the rotating tool (1A); the reciprocating driver (11) is driven by an amount equal to the rotation allowance gap (14) in the second clamp position (c); and when the support unit (13) and the stopper (12) are brought into contact and a load is imposed, the stopper (12) is supported/stopped by the support unit (13), and the reciprocating driver (11) is engaged/locked by the wedge mechanism (18) in the position of the return blocking state in which the return of the drawbar (7) is blocked.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a hydraulic-free automatic swiveling turret apparatus which can easily ensure a swiveling function that is smooth and superior in terms of durability using a simple construction without any need to install a hydraulic pressure reducing mechanism requiring complicated design and control. The present invention provides an automatic swiveling turret apparatus for a machine tool comprising a wedge mechanism (13) which is constructed so that a resistance reducing member (9) that reduces the sliding frictional resistance during swiveling of the turret (3) is disposed on the inside surface part of the sliding movement gap (7) that abuts when the anchoring and fastening of the clutch device (4) are released by causing the sliding of the turret (3) in the axial direction as a result of allowing the inflow of air into the clutch release pressure chamber (6), and in which the turret (3) in a working position that does not allow swiveling, which is anchored and fastened by the clutch device (4), is anchored in a wedged fashion and held as a result of return sliding.

The tool mounting device for a turning center is configured so that a positioning strike receiving portion (29) is provided to a ram (3) with which the positioning outer surface (28) of a turning tool (1B) makes contact when at least the turning tool (1B) is clamped/fixed, the positioning outer surface (28) strikes the positioning strike receiving portion (29) when a drawbar (7) is retracted, a bearing unit (2) is deformed by the retraction force applied to the drawbar (7) of the clamp mechanism (8) because the retracted position of the drawbar (7) is maintained in the struck state, and the mounting engagement unit 6 exerts elastic pressure/contact on the tapered shank (5).

摘要: There is provided a wheel lathe in which the wheelset center of wheels and a spindle center can be aligned in a simple structure without using a centering part for synchronous lowering from above, and the horizontal distance from the wheelset center is measured at the position of a point along the circumference of the wheel and away from the topmost point of the wheel, such as of a point on an external edge, by a displacement meter having a fixed height, whereby the appropriate required lifting amount (lifter-required displacement) is automatically computed and the wheels are raised to allow the spindle to be appropriately fixed on a consistent basis, the device to be simplified and otherwise improved, and significant reductions to be attained in assembly and adjustment man-hours. The wheel lathe includes a lifter control device (4) used to control the operation of a lifter device (3) for raising the wheel (1) and provided with external-edge position meters (5) for measuring a point on the external edge of the wheel (1) and a lifter-required displacement calculator (6) for computing the lifter-required displacement (H) from the measured value and a known dimensional value.
