The present invention relates to a molding device for forming a plastic article having two colors. The method for forming a plastic article having two colors uses two female dies whose positions are changed in a reciprocal manner to mate with a die, so that two plastic materials having two different colors are in turn formed on the two female dies by a plastic injection molding process, thereby forming a plastic article having two colors.

The present invention relates to a heel cushion structure for a sneaker capable of adjusting the characteristic of the sneaker flexibly. The main body of the heel cushion structure is provided with plural separable elastic elements, so that the wearer is able to selectively screw different functional separable elastic elements according to personal needs. Thus, the wearer can selectively use the elastic elements according to personal needs. The cushion effect of the heel cushion structure of the sneaker can be adjusted by changing the separable elastic elements. Thereby, the present invention is truly a heel cushion structure that can flexibly adjust the characteristics of the sneaker.

A shock-absorbing structure includes an elastic helical body, and an elastic helical curved tube. The elastic helical body is formed with a plurality of loops and a plurality of buffer spaces each defined between any two adjacent loops. The elastic helical curved tube is formed with a plurality of curved convex portions each inserted into a respective buffer space and urged between any two adjacent loops. Thus, the buffer spaces of the elastic helical body provide a cushioning effect. In addition, the elastic helical body and the elastic helical curved tube produce an elastic restoring force, so as to damp and reduce the stress applied on the shoe sole, thereby providing a shock-absorbing effect.

A test system with detection feedback works with a robot to which a test object is attached. The test system includes a server and a force sensor disposed to the robot. The server controls the robot to drive the test object to contact a test platform while the force sensor detects at least one reaction force on the test object to generate a sensing feedback signal for the server. When the reaction force corresponding to a direction and indicated by the sensing feedback signal does not match a force setting value, the server adjusts a level to which the robot drives the test object to move relative to the test platform so that the reaction force corresponding to the direction can match the force setting value. Therefore, the resistance acting on the test object moving relative to the test platform may be automatically maintained at the preset degree.

A chair with a chair back having a frame and a backrest. The backrest is connected to a bottom frame portion of the frame and two side frame portions at two opposite ends of the bottom frame portion by injection molding for a user to lean against. A hardness of the backrest is lower than a hardness of the frame, and the frame is provided with two supporting portions for correspondingly supporting two sides of the user's waist. Thereby, the components with different hardness are capable of forming the integrally formed chair back, and enabling the chair back to be both supportive and comfortable for leaning against.

A 3-plate mold assembly with a common mold base comprises: a stationary mold mounted on a fixed side of an injection molding machine and a movable mold mounted on a movable side of the injection molding machine. The stationary mold comprises a stationary-side fixed plate on which are disposed four pillars to be inserted through a stripper and into a female insert assembly. When new products need to be produced, it only needs to replace the female and male insert and the rest parts of the stationary and movable molds don't need to be replaced, thus substantially saving production cost.

A mold apparatus with replaceable mold plates comprises mold bases, and positioning units used to position mold plates on the respective mold bases. If the positioning units are removed, the mold plates can be easily replaced in such a manner that the mold plates are made to slide along the positioning units, facilitating the replacement of the mold plates. Since the mold plates can be quickly replaced, when different products are going to be produced, it only needs to redesign new mold plates with new forming blocks, and the new mold plates can also be applied to the original mold bases as long as they are formed with the guide grooves for cooperating with the positioning portions of the positioning units, greatly reducing the production cost while producing high economic benefits.

A method for forming a plastic support shell of a sole includes the steps of placing a sheet material into a first mold assembly; softening the sheet material; vacuum plastic molding; putting the plastic semi product into a cutting mold assembly; cutting the waste edge; putting into a trimming mold assembly; and trimming with a mechanical arm. The carrying mold and the pressing mold press against the inner and outer surfaces of the plastic semi product, and the restricting edge and the support edge are used to define a cutting line. Therefore, the plastic semi product can be firmly positioned and held tight, and then the mechanical arm can trim the plastic semi product under the guiding of the restricting edge and the support edge, which makes the trimming process easy and precise.
