摘要： An adjustable, flush mounted over center hook-latch assembly of the general type employed to secure abutting aircraft panels in flight ready condition. The device, the tension on the internal hook and eye structure, is adjustable from the external surface of the aircraft skin. Precision alignment pins and apertures cooperating therewith provide for proper alignment of the two abutting panel structures prior to their latched flight ready condition.
