摘要: The present invention relates to novel methods of the quantitative detection of molecules in an array. In particular, the present invention relates to methods for molecular detection assays performed on solid surfaces. The present invention provides improved methods for the high throughput analysis of molecular interactions and quantitative detection. In another aspect, the invention relates to a method of measuring protein interactions on a solid surface that is useful for the determination of equilibrium binding and rate constants. In yet another aspect, the invention relates to predicting a molecules utility in a detection assay.
