Abstract: The present disclosure relates, in part, to compositions and methods for the at least partial removal of histamine from a fermented liquid. In one aspect, composition of the present disclosure comprises a histamine binding domain conjugated to a solid support via a cross-linker. In certain embodiments, the histamine binding domain comprises an aptamer. In certain embodiments, the histamine binding domain comprises an anti-histamine antibody.
