    Abstract: A cover structure of a control box is disclosed. The control box includes a base with a limiting part, the cover structure includes a cover body, a knob and a torsion spring, the cover body is connected to the base, the knob is rotatably connected to the cover body and has a stop arm stopped at the limiting part, two ends of the torsion spring are fixed to the cover body and the knob respectively to generate a pre-torque. When the knob is rotated by an external force, the stop arm is released from the limiting part to unlock the cover structure from the base, and when the external force is removed, the knob restores to original position by the pre-torque. Therefore, the cover structure may be removed from the base quickly to facilitate an operator's use and maintenance.

    Abstract: An electric push rod with a dual brake mechanism includes an electric motor, a transmission device, a first brake mechanism and a second brake mechanism. The electric motor has a driving wheel. The transmission device is installed on a side of the electric motor and includes a deceleration mechanism, a lead screw, a driven wheel, and a telescopic pipe. The deceleration mechanism is disposed between the driving wheel and the driven wheel. The lead screw is sheathed with the driven wheel and the driven wheel is driven by the electric motor to rotate together with the lead screw. The telescopic pipe and the lead screw are screwed and driven. The lead screw is sheathed with the first brake mechanism formed on a side edge of the driven wheel. The lead screw is sheathed with the second brake mechanism disposed between the driven wheel and the telescopic pipe.

    Abstract: A lifting device with a cable management is provided. The lifting device includes: an outer pipe, an actuation mechanism, a linkage member, a cable, and a cable management component. The actuation mechanism is accommodated in the outer pipe and has a motor and a screw rod. The linkage member is accommodated in the outer pipe and mutually screw-fitted with the screw rod to operate, and moves relative to the outer pipe. The cable has a spiral coiled cable unit. A shaft core line in parallel with the screw rod is defined by the spiral coiled cable unit. The cable management component is disposed in the outer pipe and in parallel to the shaft core line. The spiral coiled cable unit is reeled on the cable management component. Accordingly, the cable may be stably positioned and the cable may be prevented from rubbing or being tangled with the screw rod.

    Abstract: A lifting table stand includes a pair of telescopic columns, a carrier, an actuation module and a passive mechanism. Each telescopic column includes multiple tubes adapted to sheathe with each other and move telescopically relative to each other. The carrier includes a beam straddling the telescopic columns and a pair of support members perpendicularly connected to two ends of the beam. The actuation module includes a receiving member detachably installed to the beam and a driver connected to the receiving member. The passive mechanism includes a transmission shaft and a pair of gear sets installed in the tubes. The transmission shaft passes the driver and is connected to each gear set. Since the receiving member is detachably installed to beam, the actuation module may be changed to different types to control the elevation of the lifting table stand.

    Abstract: An actuator having a manual rotating mechanism and an anti-pinch mechanism includes an actuating body, a manual rotating mechanism, and an anti-pinch mechanism. The actuating body has a stretchable tube. The manual rotating mechanism has a sleeve assembly and a manual rotating wheel. The sleeve assembly has a central shaft and a connecting plate. The anti-pinch mechanism has a clutch wheel which is fixed to the stretchable tube and is movably sleeved around the central shaft. When the stretchable tube is blocked during a retraction stroke, the clutch wheel is detached from the connecting plate such that the clutch wheel follows the stretchable tube to idle. Therefore, the stretchable tube can be manually rotated to retract and the anti-pinch effect during the stretchable tube being retracted can be achieved.
