    摘要： Disclosed is a production method of a two-component developer for developing an electrostatic image comprising a toner and a resin coated carrier having a porous magnetic core particle and a resin coated layer, wherein the porous magnetic core particle are composed of a porous ferrite material and have pore apertures on a surface of the particle, and the method comprises steps of blocking the pore apertures of the porous magnetic core particle with rubber particles by dry mixing of the porous magnetic core particle and the rubber particles, forming the resin coated carrier by forming a resin layer on the porous magnetic core particle whose pore apertures have been blocked, and mixing the resin coated carrier and the toner.

    摘要： Disclosed is toner in which is used in an image formation process comprising the steps of transferring an image of toner formed on a photoreceptor onto a recording sheet, and removing any residual toner remaining on any of the photoreceptor, an intermediate transfer member and a secondary transfer member with a cleaning blade, the toner containing at least toner particles (A) and small particles (B), wherein the toner particles (A) have an average circularity of from 0.93 to 0.99 and a number-based median diameter (D50) of from 3.0 to 8.0 μm, the small particles (B) have an average circularity of from 0.70 to 0.92 and a number-based median diameter (D50) of from 0.15 to 0.60 times that of the toner particles (A), and the surface energy of the toner particles (A) is different from that of the small particles (B).

    摘要： An image forming method is disclosed, which includes steps of cleaning toner remaining on a photoreceptor surface by a cleaning blade which is arranged on counter direction to rotation direction of the photoreceptor, supplying a fatty acid metal salt onto the photoreceptor surface after the cleaning, spreading the supplied fatty acid metal salt on the photoreceptor surface by using a spreading blade which is arranged on trail direction to rotation direction of the photoreceptor, charging the photoreceptor by a charging member, exposing the photoreceptor to form a latent image, developing the latent image by a developer to form a toner image on the photoreceptor, and transferring the toner image onto an image receiving member by a transfer roller facing to the photoreceptor through the image receiving material, in which the toner comprises a binder resin and a colorant, in which the toner has a glass transition point of from 20 to 45° C. and the binder resin contains 50% or more of vinyl polymer resin by weight based on the whole weight of the binder resin.

    摘要： An image forming method includes: performing a first gloss processing and a second gloss processing. The first gloss processing includes: heating and pressing a processed body which supports a first toner layer containing at least a clear toner [X] onto a first surface of a recording material, while allowing the first toner layer to be closely adhered to a gloss processing belt; and cooling the same. The second gloss processing includes heating and pressing a processed body which supports a second toner layer containing at least a clear toner [Y] onto a second surface of the recording material, while allowing the second toner layer to be closely adhered to the gloss processing belt; and cooling the same. Here, a storage elastic modulus G′ X (150) at 150° C. of the clear toner [X] is lower than a storage elastic modulus G′ Y (150) at 150° C. of the clear toner [Y].
