摘要： Disclosed is a method for differentiating human peripheral blood granulocytes which comprises cultivating the granulocytes in the presence of an interferon and acting an immune complex on said granulocytes in the presence of a chemiluminescent substance, and measuring the chemiluminescent amounts induced. It contributes to the screening of patients suffering from serious infectious diseases or a range of inflammations, and is advantageous for monitoring the curative effects for those patients.
