Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for remediating a condition present in a patient. In some implementations, the device may include one or more temporary fasteners configured to engage one or more bones of a patient's foot. In addition, the device may include a pivoting resection guide having: a first bone attachment feature configured to receive at least one of one or more temporary fasteners; a second bone attachment feature configured to receive at least one of one or more temporary fasteners; a cutter guide coupled between the first bone attachment feature and the second bone attachment feature, the cutter guide configured to guide a cutting tool as the cutter guide rotates about a pivot axis coupled to the first bone attachment feature and the second bone attachment feature.
