The interface portion having a plurality of shaped apertures. The cable management devices having attachments that correspond to the shaped apertures to secure the cable management devices to the panel at selected vertical and horizontal locations. The cable management assembly being configured to extend between two adjacent telecommunications racks or to couple to the end of a telecommunications rack.

摘要: A fiber optic cable connection system comprising a first fiber optic connector including a ferrule within which an optical fiber is mounted and a fiber optic adapter for receiving the first fiber optic connector including a sleeve for receiving the ferrule. The first fiber optic connector is mounted within a first threaded body with the fiber optic cable extending through an opening in a distal end of the first threaded body and the ferrule accessible through a proximal end of the first threaded body. The fiber optic adapter is mounted within a second threaded body and the second threaded body adapted for mounting to a bulkhead. The second threaded body adapted to engage the proximal end of the first threaded body with the first connector engaging the adapter and the ferrule extending into the sleeve. An outer housing is threadably mounted about both the first and second threaded bodies when the second threaded body is engaging the proximal end of the first threaded body. The first and second threaded bodies and the outer housing cooperate to hold the first connector engaging the adapter.

摘要: The present invention relates to a center conductor insulator with a tapered entry for use with a coaxial cable transmission line connector that provides guiding and centering of a center conductor pin within the connector. The present invention further relates to a front sleeve assembly for use with a coaxial cable transmission line connector which incorporates a center conductor insulator with a tapered entry to guide and center a center conductor pin within the connector. The present invention also relates to a compression ring assembly for mounting a connector to a cable, the assembly having a collet engaging a tapered rear seal to compress the collet about the cable. The present invention further relates to a method of mounting a connector to a cable with a compression ring assembly incorporating a collet and tapered rear seal. The present invention also relates to conversion kit including a front sleeve assembly and an outer body for a coaxial cable transmission line connector which permits the connector to be changed from a connector of first style or gender to a connector of a second style or gender. The present invention further relates to a mounting kit which allows mounting of different genders and styles of telecommunications connectors to a panel.

摘要: A cable breakout assembly comprising: a cable furcation device joining a cable including an outer jacket and an inner optical fiber, to an upjacket. The upjacket includes an inner tube for receiving the optical fiber, a stranded strength member outside the inner tube, and an outer tube outside of the strength member. The cable furcation device includes a first end disposed around the end of the outer jacket of the cable. The second end has a projecting tube for receiving the outer tube of the upjacket, the first tube having an inner diameter receiving the inner tube and the optical fiber. The deice has an outer crimp surface, and a crimp ring crimps the strength member to the crimp surface. A heat shrunk tube is positioned around a portion of the upjacket, the cable furcation device, and a portion of the cable.
