    摘要: An injection stretch blow molding system with rotating and linear conveying functions includes a lifting and rotating mechanism, an injecting mechanism, a conveying mechanism, an extending and blowing mechanism installed at a third operating position, and a pushing mechanism installed at a second operating position. The lifting and rotating mechanism has a lifting seat, a rotating plate, and two bottleneck seats. Each of the two bottleneck seats has at least one bottleneck mold, with the rotation of the rotating plate, positions of the two bottleneck seats are selectively interchanged between a first and the second operating positions. The injecting mechanism has a female mold and a core mold installed at the first operating position. The conveying mechanism has a conveying seat connecting the two bottleneck seats whose bottleneck mold clamps a preform is installed at the second operating position. The conveying seat is driven by a convey driving device.

By means of horizontal delivery by the lower delivery mechanism and the upper delivery mechanism and vertical delivery by the lifters, the injection dies are alternatively set between the bottle blank injection-molding unit and the bottle blowing mechanism.

    摘要: A rapid mold replacing device for use in molding machine comprises: a molding machine, including a machine table defined with an operating zone and an open space adjacently arranged; a carrier, disposed on the machine table and allowing a mold to be positioned thereon, driven by a transmission mechanism, thereby capable of being moved and positioned between the operating zone and the open space; and an open/close driving mechanism, including a pair of moveable plates oppositely disposed and arranged at two sides of the operating zone, wherein the pair of moveable plates are driven by the open/close driving mechanism, thereby forming an opening/closing motion; two sides of the mold are respectively disposed with a lateral plate at a location adjacent to each of the moveable plates, and at least one locking mechanism is disposed between the lateral plate and the moveable plate.
