摘要: The invention provides a method for fabricating an exfoliated inorganic layered material. The method includes: providing a homogeneous precursor solution, wherein the homogeneous precursor solution includes a titanium derivatives solution or a silane derivatives solution; adding an inorganic layered material into the homogeneous precursor solution to form a sol; coagulating the sol by a hydrothermal method to obtain a wet gel; and washing, drying and calcining the wet gel to obtain an exfoliated inorganic layered material.
