摘要: Fire protection systems and methods are provided. The system can include a controller communicably coupled with a detector. The controller can receive an input signal from the detector. The detector can be disposed at a location of a space. The input signal can indicate an active hazard event. The controller can determine a speed and a direction of an airflow in the space. The controller can determine an offset for the active hazard event. The offset can be based on at least one of the speed and the direction of the airflow. The controller can provide an actuation command to a sprinkler based on the input signal received from the detector and based on the offset for the active hazard event.

摘要: A sprinkler system includes a sprinkler and a release assembly. The sprinkler includes a base defining an inlet and an outlet, at least one arm extending from the base, a deflector coupled with the at least one arm, a button that seals the outlet, and a bulb coupled with the button between the button and the deflector. The bulb includes a resistive trace made of an electrically conductive material to fracture the bulb responsive to an electrical current to release the button from the outlet. The release assembly is coupled with the sprinkler and provides the electrical current to the bulb to cause the bulb to fracture responsive to a fire condition.
