摘要： Disclosed is solid electrolyte containing gallium and tellurium-doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO), a method for preparing the same, and an all-solid-state battery including the same. The all-solid-state battery including the solid electrolyte containing gallium and tellurium-doped lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO) exhibits excellent electrochemical performance.
