Abstract: The invention refers to a liquid dispenser apparatus including a liquid inlet connected to a liquid source, a dispensing outlet connected to a liquid dispensing unit, a conduit arrangement, an additive storage receiving unit having a plurality of additive storage receiving slots, wherein each additive receiving slot is designed to receive an additive storage having an additive storage identifier for identifying a predetermined content of additive liquid contained in the respective additive storage, a control unit having a memory for storing a respective additive storage identifier for each additive storage receiving slot, and a user interface for receiving an additive liquid selection command by the user, and where the control unit is configured to control the additive storage receiving unit to select a respective additive storage receiving slot and to put the respective additive storage in fluid communication with the conduit arrangement.
