摘要： The present invention relates to the field of medicine, particularly to functionalised nanoparticles (NP) for use in cancer therapy (treatment or diagnosis), to pharmaceutical compositions or nano devices comprising same, and also to a method for obtaining said functionalised nanoparticles. The nanoparticles described in the present invention can be used specifically to treat cancer efficiently, as same can selectively detect tumour cells.
