Abstract: Provided herein is a method, apparatus, and system for a fusion of a facet joint., and more particularly, for a method apparatus and system for facet fusion that provides reliable facet joint stability and requires less invasive surgery. Methods include filling a cavity of a body of a device with a bone grafting material; inserting the body of the device between an inferior facet and a superior facet of a facet joint; and securing the inferior facet to the superior facet using the device.
