Abstract: A method for co-compartmentalising a cyclic polypeptide with a polynucleotide encoding the cyclic polypeptide, comprising the steps of a) forming a compartment containing a polynucleotide encoding the cyclic polypeptide, b) expressing a polypeptide from the polynucleotide, and c) cyclising the polypeptide.
