Abstract: A compound comprising a structure of Formula I, is provided. In Formula I, RW has a structure of Formula II, where at least two RE substituents are joined to form a 5- to 10-membered ring; each of X1 to X11 and Z1 to Z3 is C or N; M is Pd or Pt; each of moiety A, moiety B, moiety C, and moiety D is a ring or a polycyclic fused ring system; each of L1 and L2 is a direct bond or a linker; each substituent is hydrogen or a General Substituents defined herein; and any two substituents may be joined or fused to form a ring, Formulations, OLEDs, and consumer products containing the compound are also provided.
