Abstract: A coupling element of a plug connection for tubing includes a retaining screw with an inner passage opening. The inner passage has a bearing shoulder on which a retaining element is arranged and behind which a sealing element is mounted. A sleeve-shaped spacing element is arranged between the retaining element and the sealing element, and the retaining element is axially held between the spacing element and a bearing shoulder of the inner passage opening. The sleeve-shaped spacing element has an axial length such that a restriction in the diameter of the wall of the inserted tube, produced when the retaining element is under load, is bridged by the spacing element such that the annular sealing element abuts against an undeformed area of the tube wall.

Abstract: A plug-in connector produced by injection molding a plastic material and having an internal channel for a fluid and having three main sections situated axially one behind the other. The plug-in connector has a gate point on its outer circumference solely on one side and a mass distribution of the plastic material that is radially asymmetrical with respect to the circumference and which is present in at least one of the main sections of the shaped part. A method for the production of the plug-in connector is likewise disclosed.

A process for manufacturing such a screw part.

Abstract: A connecting device for media lines including a coupling element, an insert part and a fastening element. The coupling element has a connection opening and a fluid channel; the insert part can be inserted into the connection opening; and the insert part can be fastened to the coupling element by the fastening element. The fastening element also has at least one control surface. When the insert part is inserted into the connection opening under the action of an installation force, the insert part acts upon the control surface in such a way that the fastening element is moved against a restoring force. If the installation force is sufficient, the insert part slides past the control surface and the fastening element interlockingly locks the insertion part. If the installation force is not sufficient, the fastening element presses the insert part back out of the connection opening.

Abstract: A toothed disk for fastening a feedthrough-plug-connected media line. The toothed disk includes a circular insertion opening that is defined at a periphery of the insertion opening by elastic holding teeth, separated from each other by respective slots. In the axial direction, the holding teeth extend at an angle to a longitudinal axis that is perpendicular the plane of the insertion opening. Each holding tooth is connected to an outer mounting section by at least one connecting web. Punch-outs are formed between the connecting webs. A mounting section is arranged on a peripheral circle around the insertion opening and lies in a plane parallel to the plane of the insertion opening. Each holding tooth is connected to the mounting section by at least two connecting webs. Also provided is a connection assembly for the feedthrough plug connection of a media line including the toothed disk.
